Bull**** !!!!! Rain connection

I can’t even explain how angry and frustrated I am right now !!!!!! No connection since I woke up and I have off peak for R250 a month which my time frame is 11pm till 6pm and it’s already almost over for today and I have had no connection !!! Contacted rain via chat the ****tiest service they have and no one has helped or did anything to get any call back !!! Got five auto response emails from them saying they will get back to me but yet nothing !!!! How do u pay for something when u r not able to use it nor get any help from the service provider !!!!!! The technicians are working on it since 15 hours and nothing has been fixed but no communication to customers or compensations !!!!!! Very annoyed !!!!
