I cannot for the life of me understand why i have to pay for something i dont have such a ******* Not impressed at all.

1st my router .. Then my 4g simcards i could not even use my data .. Just goes away like i used it

Let me not go into the ****ty call centre service i got .. Waiting all day on the fone like an idiot

Then they cant even speak proper english..

I want this resolved .. I refuse to be billed for **** like this
