B.S billing service

I cancelled my subscription Oct 2023, my last payment was debited November 2023 and their device got collected. Now I’m being handed over to NuDebt and I’m told that I didn’t pay the last instalment. What ******* Is this? To think that I considered using their services again. I called to query this and I was put on hold until I hung up. This is nonsense and it needs to be sorted out!
