Broken screen, no after sale service.

I’ve been trying for months and months to return the faulty router. The screen doesn’t work. Can’t use it to add the extender I got with it. Can’t use it for anything.. the internet works, but on its own schedule, when it feels it wants to connect.. been emailing. Whatsapp messaging. Requesting call backs. Even spoke to some foreign Chinese lady.. but no help at all, not even a call back, no after care service, no customer care. Nothing!! I work a 7-5 from Monday to Saturday. I don’t have to the time. My kids need to do their work. I need to do my work. Sort it out.
