Broken promises
Such an inconvenience. RAIN has disappointed without fail EVERY WEEK for the past months with their poor network . It was only last week (07 June 2025) that they acknowledged it. It’s like rhey can’t deliver anymore so instead they force us on off-peak service. Not Ayoba!

15 Jun 2025, 22:33Thanks for the update. The issue was resolved soon after the review which I appreciate. I hope RAIN is as prompt on issues especially on weekends and holidays. Otherwise, the overall service has been good. I don’t wish to explore alternatives yet so thanks once again!
