Broadlink Rain 4G

When you try call Rain this is the nuber it goes to. The give you two options and when you choose any of them the call cuts. The service they offer is pathetic. I have not had rain for nearly a year after I canceled it do to very nad signal and service. They came and collected my router and the matter was closed. They have now hamded me over as they say I am in arrears which I am not. Useless.
