Kudos to Rain !!!

I had a signal issue and contacted them. They called me while on the phone they walked me through the pan settings and when that didn't work, he asked me to hold on while he checked the towers in my area, I don't know what he did but I am getting full signal. I don't mind paying extra for this type of service. I must say tho this signal issue crops up after loadshedding stints. Maybe Rain needs to periodically check their towers and like reset them after the area gets loadshedding
