Brilliant product but very poor service.

I have stopped the Debit order at my bank. So you won't be able to draw funds from my bank again. I tried and tried to sort out my problem but no one is there to help, and promises to phone me back don't exist. Brilliant product but under management doesn't know what they are doing. Management seems to be high in their Ivory Tower. And do not have phones which seems strange for a phone company. If Rain tries to take money from my account again, I will report them for suspected *****.
