Breaching their obligation

Good last month if I were to recall I was called by agent from rain hey,telling that I need to make a payment.how ever I responded by saying I am no longer working and I would them to come pick their rooter since we'll I won't be able to pay.more over this other sales consultant asked to say payment can also be done from rain ,then I was like ohk then I consider the offer since they were reducing in Oder for me to have internet by house as ,so today I don't how many emails I composed so many emails asking for help from rain only to find I didn't get help even in that case I did explain my self to them to say I need to make a payment of what ever the amount we agre of so I went to nearest pick and pay to make surprisingly that was not part of the agreement as per request so going forward I would never recommend whom ever might be to support coz I realised one about this companies sales representatives within the company would make sure to say no matter as long as the is in the bank deal sealed ,they become so jubilation at the when customers start complain neglectin is what the are born with.i am so ****en ****ed I wanted to use my WiFi today unfortunately due to segregation and insabodination I couldn't,I am so ****ed😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
