Breach of private information
Your courier company allowed a complete stranger to cancel my order. They had a completely different number from the one I gave. How does a stranger cancel my order which I paid for, where was the security questions? Utterly disappointed. All this at my expense. Get yourselves a new courier service, RAM will destroy your business.
