Where are Willem Roos and Brandon Leigh hiding? Notice to RAIN business partners: Business for Dummies, BASIC introduction: Rule no 1: Make it easy for clients to pay... you can earn money like that, Rule No 2: Deliver what you promise... you can retain and win clients like that. Rule No 3: Appoint support staff who actually passed primary school.

19 Oct 2021, 09:29Why don't you call me? Or are you afraid to show you don't know what to do? As this is what happens all the time and if you look at the past TWO months you will see it is a problem on RAIN side not ours and the client is penalised for YOUR incompetency.

19 Oct 2021, 09:41Last person I spoke to was Sifiso Sibiya on Friday, now suddenly he is not available on telephone but only via email and I cannot get his email as the support person I spoke to who did not give her full name (maybe standard procedure from rain not to be identifiable), she is the only one who can send him an email.
RAIN wake up and whoever you are reading and privately replying to this constantly with no answers or solutions, please resign and go do an unskilled job.
But I guess that why Brandon Leigh appointed you he is also not competent to deal with this.

19 Oct 2021, 15:38I am pleased to say that my problem is temporarily resolved, and I need to thank Shaylen Subramoney for spending time to try and resolve the issues we had so far.
It is sad that it had to go this route before it was investigated, however, the result is welcoming and I trust the future relationship will grow.
