It's been 24 hours with no internet connection! We're being directed to BOTS, where are the humans in this company?? Your service is absolutely ridiculous!! We've been loyal customers, but every year there's always a story with Rain, but why are we being loyal to a brand that doesn't value customer service?? This is really frustrating!! We've been sending emails, calling, WhatsApp texts but still no assistance!!!! Rain buddy pull up your socks!!! there's much better service providers, and we're not obligated to use your services we can always switch out.
