BONGANI (SUPPORT DEPARTMENT) WORST SERVICE EVER
I cannot even believe that I kept giving them good reviews every time I would read people complaining on Twitter about them. The service I received from the Support Department from Bongani is ridiculous !!I asked him to assist me with a query regarding my Router and he had 0 customer service. The worst service EVER.I am definitely canceling the subscription and moving to a competitor

19 Aug 2022, 13:04I LOGGED INTO THE PROFILE WHY IS THERE AN OUTSTANDING AMOUNT IF I STOPPED USING THE SERVICE AND THE LAST DEBIT WENT THROUGH WHEN I STOPPED USING THE SERVICES.I WAS TOLD THAT IT IS NOT A CONTRACT AND I PAY FOR WHAT I USE THE ROUTER HAS BEEN OFF FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW.
