Blown away by service
I have been with Rain for the past 6 years and have never really battled. This is the first year since being with them that i had to contact the customer service/sales/support team. I would like to commend Joshua Davids for his professional manner in which he handled my transition from ''OLD'' to ''NEW''. He went over and beyond for me to experience a positive outcome and i can only hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you again Joshua.

08 Sept 2026, 15:48It seems my ranting about the professional manner and assistance was too hasty, my compliment is now a complaint. I was promised by Joshua David's that my old device would be cancelled upon receipt of the new router and that my account would be credited I drove to the store to collect, sent an email to confirm if it was done and no response. Opened 3 tickets with no call backs Wow Joshua you got your sale and now I will be out of pocket because of your empty promises
