Block you from phoning customer service

I've tried and tried to phone customer service, no one answers after the voice prompts.If you date phone more than twice, they block you. Finally got a response on Facebook messenger and they apologized for any inconvenience and asked me to send my email address linked to my account. I did that..they have not read or rep****,phoned or fixed anything.. It was going so well with RAIN when I first got my rooter till yesterday..now its worst service, worst connection,worst everything!! Dont they care weather or not they lose customers?
