Bleak Christmas from Rain
i cancelled with Rain 2 years ago and on the 24/12/2022 a day before Christmas they debited a R1398 from my account. now imagine to my surprise when i called they said i used data for 2 months without payment but yet if you miss your payment for one day you are disconnected. i would like my money back as the money that was paid to me was from my mother as i am unemployed. my kids had one **** Christmas thanks to rain as i could not even buy them what i promised. please whoever is reading this pay back my money. i also would like to know from anyone reviewing this to assist with a legal step against Rain Data as i would like to expose them for what they did to me and my family on a Christmas - Rain does not care about you as a customer only about making money *****ing from the POOR - i will not advise anyone to get with Rain

28 Dec 2022, 11:43that is exactly what i was told on Saturday but remember i cancelled and never used any of your data - all i am asking is to be refunded because you guys debited 2 years after cancellation - how could i have been billed for 2 months when you people put everyone off after one missed payment - i am tired of hearing excuses - you people are like ******* who pounced on the little that i had - i will be escalating this with the Ombudsman and all other Socail media platforms and will not rest until i get this paid back to me

Legally you were suppose to notify in advance of any amounts outstanding and you failed to do so
I am pretty sure if I go to a small claims court based on what you did as a company i will win this case right now currently I am awaiting feedback from ICaSa which will in turn go to the ombudsman so we will see who will win this matter in the end
