Billing you even when you dont use their data

I am paying R535 a month for rain, i did not pay 20th Feb my data is off am supposed to pay that amount before you can reconnect me right, if i dont pay i must remain disconnected. So now you even jumped to March invoice saying that am owing R1070 how did you get there meanwhile your data is off and then you going to say i was using it whereas you make it on and off. So can you atleast switch this thing off for now like dstv if you dont pay them for 3 months you remain disconnected until you come and pay for that month. So what types of games are you playing with our monies hey. And please fix my account am owing only R535.00 how can i owe 1070 and am offline?
