billing system sucks

i tried to close the account so i can settle the bill and am told they cant close they will keep it active and bill me every month even though i no longer need their service, i mean i thought its a month to month thing no payment no service yet with rain even when u dnt pay they keep it active and bill you, simple de activate account pay what is due close the account mar hai they just want to make money with us even though we no longer want their internet i was given an outside router till today no one came to mount it, hei rain come get your thing and deactivate my account mxm this is annoying how do u continue giving someone service who is not paying.
