BILLING SUCKS

The rain internet service is good but the billing shocking. Billing date was the 15th of each month which did not work for me. I changed it to the 25th and was then advised salaries will clear 1st of the month so I changed it to the 1st and and then all of a sudden my bill became due immediately. We have not received our 2 gigs, 60 min and 100 smses beginning of September. I called in and I am being told all sorts of stories. Rain please sort our my accounts.
