Billing... Reinstate service

Hi, please note that my service was once again suspended today due to the billing issue where payment date can't be changed on your side. I was told last week that if my service get suspended I need to post on here to get it reinstated. I'll provide you with the reference number I was given.

Thank you, I have had to phone put down in my ears... Treated without respect... Way to many times in the last 7 months with this ongoing issue... I have been in tears several times... I really think your agents need to be trained to treat people with more grace and patience... Payment will be made the 1st like I've been doing for the past 7 months...i just think this whole thing are making my account look supper messy... But thank you for getting back to me

Hi, please note that even after my post yesterday and receiving the sms stating that payment will be made on the 31st I just received and sms that I'm in arrears and after that my internet was suspended.
