billing query

I have been with Rain for over 5 years and since i joined them i was told its a month to month deal, if you dont pay they cut off and when you want to continue the next month pay and continue no binding contracts

i was out of the country and i could not transact i only got back yesterday.

I missed a single payment and now they say i must pay R958 because -Multiple failed payment attempts of R 479 each between March 25th and April 14th due to insufficient funds. - The total outstanding balance is R 958, reflecting the unpaid invoice plus the repeated failed payment attempts.
