Billing problems

I paid using a link that one of your agents provided me with on your WhatsApp channel this link https://payat.io/rain/*** I asked if it was legit and this agent said yes it is So I went ahead and paid ,money went off my account An hour later you guys attempted to debit my account again after paying with the link which is suppose to be immediate payment The following day my connection was cut I called and your call centre agent gave me an email address to send the ref.number of the payment on and my bank statement Which I did . Still nothing no communication on your guys billing team 3 days later I just spoke to one of your call centre agents again who told me they don’t know the turnaround time . Mind you I’m buying data with my own money in the meantime I’m buying airtime to call you guys ,which always takes forever to speak to someone I’m disappointed with rain ,it’s one problem after another with you guys If it’s not poor connection it’s billing issues .
