BILLING ON CANCELLED ACCOUNT
Why am I still getting billed on an Account that is handed over to debt collectors? One of your agents even confirmed that the account was cancelled but I am getting billed invoices and mysterious charges.
PLEASE CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!!
