Billing nightmare Rain
I have been using rain for a good couple of years with no msjor issues. But in Jun they deducted twice without reasonable explanations i reported the matter and was informed by an agent that my matter has been escalated and untill now no feedback from rain i don't want to leave but with such service I will have to leave and take all my families and friends business elsewhere...

09 Aug 2021, 15:03No it was not resolved you guys need to take these issues seriously i have closed all my accounts with Rain and the way this was handled my word of mouth feedback will be same as the service i received from rain
