Billing me for a 2nd month after I cancelled in 1st month

I ordered Rain 5G Home Premium on 3 May 2021, I had to pay Prepaid R999 for May 2021, which I did pay in order to get the router.

I received the router on 5 May and set it up, I immediately start experiencing connection drops and so on. So on 7 May I decide to cancel the service because of this issue. Web-CancelSIM *** Ticket #***

I got confirmation from Evans Moagi in the support ticket that it will be cancelled end of May and picked up.

When I check my rain profile today, they want to charge me R837.87 usage between 31May to 5 June??? FOR WHAT??? It was last used on 30 May 2021!

I will reverse any debit order from you as this is *******, I will take you to the ombudsman if you try to deduct this from me. This is **************** plain and simple.

And dont come here with you post paid nonsense, I paid for May and did not use 1 byte of data on 1 June.
