Billing issues of rain

Ok so I have seen that alot of people having issues with Rain and there billing. I am on the R699 5G package. Ok I made late payment due to personal issues on the 06/08/2021 the amount of R699. Then when I checked again it said that R608.98 due 25th August 2021. My internet has been disconnected since the 26th August. Now after me trying to make a payment the amount due is R1083.93. I dont know how that can be possible. This is suppose to be a month to month contract but seems u get billed even if the internet is disconnected. If anyone at rain reads this review please tell me as to why I am billed almost double
