Billing issues

If I could, I would rate less than zero. Absolutely terrible service, zero regard for customer service and care. Countless times I have tried to cancel their month to month data service but no assistance only thing is the bill keeps stacking up. What for exactly? I am not receiving and service, no data, nothing so what exactly am I supposed to be paying for? Thousands stacking up! I have tried cancelling, called, *** no assistance. What an inconvenience!
