Billing inquiry
Not happy with Rain billing ,when I place the order on the 05Feb2021 was told the R699 was gonna cover the first month and I will only start paying on the 1st of April for the period of 8-31March ....surprisingly their debit/transaction went off yesterday .Now I'm confused ....sent couple of emails no response tried calling been on hold since.I gave you guys benefit of a doubt even after reading your reviews but you have just fulfilled what's being said...Frustrated customer .
