Billing for the network I did not use 😑 😒 🙄

I totally don't understand if Rain network it's installment or pay as you go 🙄

I've been billed for the month of April, which I did not have connection at all, you guys are ridiculous and ****mers, you disconnected my network after days of my billing date and now you're charging me the same amount 😟 are you guys joking or what 🥺😳😖
