My account was debited the full amount in Jan and agin the prorate amount if feb, can I get someone to call me now please

That amount was debited in January, I sued rain from the 1-16 of and went and took the router and got a confirmation that my subscription is cancelled. I was excepting to be divided a prorate amount for Jan and you guys debited the full amount and I let it go. Then now in feb you debited the prorate amount that you were supposed to debit in Jan. So please don’t make me a fool please , I under stand how prorata works

I was debited end of Jan R795, please check my account. The R410 was supposed to be debited end of Jan and they debited the full amount end of Jan. They again debited the 410 end of Feb. So the amount for Jan was already debited end of Jan, in under I use my service and I pay the 25th of each month , that is clear. You owe me the R795 that was debited on the 25th of jan

Ivan you call me, my account gets debited the 25 of each month, meaning I get charged for service used from the 1- 24th of each month. December a payment came out of R795 you telling me I was paying for November services? and Jan I was paying for December services? Please make it make sense for me. I get charge from the 1- 24 th. Jan I used my services from the 1-16 why was I charged the full amount on the 25th of Jan. This is ridiculous can someone please call me
