Billing even after canceling. No service.
****ming people, I called about 3 months ago canceled the service. Since then my balance has been going up with no service, non stop calls even though no one is helpful
One of the guys even says its sorted and canceled on one call again after the first initial call where i did cancel but their still trying to bill me.
A lady called me last week, after half an hour she said that her department cant even deal with my issue that they were presenting, she then said another person will call me. That never happened

04 Dec 2024, 12:40Hi I've sent you the screenshot, the amount your talking about is what I've been billed even after i canceled. And the reason i canceled which is most funny is because you're sales person told me that i was going to get a 50% discount on my first month which i never received. I didn't want to deal with a dishonest company and now im still dealing with it.
