Billing errors

Hi Rain,

It's been a few months in a row that I have had to communicate with the support team regarding my subscription with you.

I have not leveled up not have I ever requested to change my subscription.

The issue is that my subs is supposed to be R794 monthly but every month I need to call and request correction in which you have been crediting my statement but I cannot keep doing this please guys you are costing me R105 pet failed collection because you are collecting amounts that are not agreed on.

SORT THIS OUT NOW! IVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS AND I CANNOT KEEP CALLING FOR STUPID MISTAKES.
