Billing error still not fixed

I am so disappointed with Rain, I have been a customer for 5 years everything was okay till June when my bill came extremely increased. I have used the call center numerous times no one is helping...I write here and who ever I was chatting to promised that the error will be fixed but my bill came still wrong.

Rain gave me R220 compensation for wrongly charged. My bill it's supposed to be R880-R220=R660, but the bill came saying R989.

No one is bothering to to explain how did my 5g end up being R940 and being double charged for the off peak. I have waited whole of June for their billing department to sort this error out but still not fixed.

It's high time I cancel this.
