Billing error

Prorata period has not ended. Your services are for 30 days as I was advised, my prorata period began on the 15th on November till 15th of December as I was advised by you. My debit day it's the 1st of January not 1st of December. You are messing up my account. I plan to apply for Agility finance with Mercedes-Benz, if they see this attempt on my account I will be declined and most of all I am running a business. Please fix this error because its very clear that your billing department they are not doing their job properly or it means they lack proper training to effectively due their duties. Due diligence it's needed before you action an account, do thorough check before you bill, it's clear to me that Agents are billing customers without properly being checking with your Rica department. It simply means there is no clear communication from one department to the other. I was advised my prorata services began on the 15th and would last for the whole 30 days to which my debit day would be the 1st of January. I love Rain but your incompetence it's at a higher level.
