Billing error

I have been asking this company to cancel my rain as I haven't been working since January 2025 they have been giving a number that is not working for cancelations and everytime I try to contact them on there whatsapp line they keep making excuses like the ratantion team can't make calls on other days they will call me me this pure ******* I am now owing them an arm and the leg for something I didn't use they keep billing me every month
