Billing

This is one of the worst services i have ever used in my life they suspended my account in June due to non payment then after that im being billed for months were i did not receive internet access then when i logged a call they tell me i have to pay for the months following the suspension even when i did not get internet service i have to pay the full amount of which doesn't make sense because how am i supposed to pay for something i did not use
