Billing Discrepencies

I paid my bill twice last month, I was told that this was a bill carried over from a month before. Today my account got suspended and the bill I paid last month is the reason.I then ask I was suspended before today's suspension, how then did I get unsuspended if I still owe? I sent proof that I paid for that bill and I am told to wait for Monday. I have a deadline on Monday morning and I have already lost 9hours.
