Billing Discrepancies

Its been a month since my billing issue with Rain. the worst thing now is, I am close to spending the amount I am trying to get them to acknowledge in airtime bought. The Agents I speak with end up hanging up and not following up. They gave me ticket *** which has not been resolved to date.I sent proof of payment to *** I still have not received a reply. I was billed twice in one month and need to pay again today to keep my Internet working. Their Staff seems hand-tied hence the calls I make never reach any conclusion I am being ********** of R529 because of their billing incompetencies
