I see i'm behind on payment, how is that possible if i paid the agreed amount in Dec 2023. How am i behind and according to the site as per invoice next payment date is 25 Jan. But u've disconnected my services????????

This morning around 6am it showed I'm behind with R162 which is due end of Jan and i was connected now all of a sudden it says I'm behind with R692 & internet is disconnected. What's going on????? Your billing department is really useless. Ya'll don't know what you doing
