Billing department s nightmare!!!
I am so disappointed at the service I have received from rain. The billing department is a nightmare. Your people don’t understand what they are doing and are hard to deal with. My account doesn’t make sense and I’m not getting proper help. I don’t know if I’m talking to real people or Ai but it’s stressful, I just want to part ways with rain now
