BILLING CONTINUING DESPITE CANCELLATION CLOSE TO TWO MONTHS AGO!
I cancelled my services on the 30th of september 2021 online, i then received a call confirming my cancelation after that email confirmation was provided to me confirming this again yet i got billed during October 2021 and now November 2021 why is my money still being taken when cancelation happened 2months ago this is ********* business practices and you need to be exposed for such practices whats worse your network is the worst i would not recommend your services to anyone

25 Nov 2021, 14:02I called your call center and I was told that I am being charged in arrears your stories are constantly changing how can i be charged on a deactivated simcard that makes no sense at all even when i log in it says i need to re-activate my sim so explain to me why I would be billed on a sim that is no longer active? why would i be sent an email that the simcard is de-activated you guys are ********** who change their stories whenever it suits them and the fact that you already have 5complaints today only about the exact same issue as mine it means you are swindling people out of their monies i need you guys to stop billing my account and stop coming up with excuses every month!
