Billing concerns

I requested the 1 month option. I paid for it. I used some of the out of bundle data and paid for it. I was debited again twice yesterday . I did not request recurring billing. I want my money back and you are not supposed to hold to my card details. Im going to report you to Icasa . Call me urgently on ***. I will not recommend your company in the future.
