Pathetic service from their accounts team and their consultants can’t answer basic questions with the story changing every 5 seconds….

I’ve been a rain client for 5 years and when I did a random check on my accounts and started questioning why their billing is saying one thing, comments another and actions something different is when I realized how I’ve been ********** for possibly years without me noticing…. Sad indeed but all my services are moved from these *******…
