Billing and non existent customer service

I cancelled my subscription with rain so that I cannot be billed since I lost the phone I was using but I was still billed.

Rain’s goal is to make the website hard as possible to navigate so that you wind up paying even if you cancelled the subscription you have with them. Customer service is non existent.

Lies. Everytime I try to get to Customer service I always get the help is on the way message but help never arrives. You should be ashamed of yourselves ripping people off. The way I spoke highly of you.. sies.
