Billing and connection

I have been using rain for the past three years, yesterday I paid my monthly subscription but they later on sent me a message that I had not paid. I have provided them with the proof of payment but they are failing to assist me and want to pay another R619, which is only due on the 20th of March. This is so frustrating!!!!
