Billing after more than a year of cancelled services
Its been more than a year I cancelled my services with RAIN. Woke up to a RAIN transaction this morning. WOW. Getting through to their support is a nightmare. Though I did get through he guy who answered could not help me even though he tried. I do not owe Rain anything and now all I want is my money back.

There is no way that this is acceptable and on the same day there are more that 5 complains about the same issue.
