03 Feb 2025, 09:07Hi,
That can't be true because when I switched to rainone I made an upfront payment on the 28th of June. If you have a look at my 28th of June invoice it has no invoice period. I made 2 payments on the 28th of June and R535 which was to close my previous 4g subscription. Go throug the statement please.
On the same date of the 28th I made a payment of R345 for rain one 5g which I was getting on that date. So where does this postpaid come from when I made an upfront payment?
Go through the statements properly. There was a time you didn't debit my account as you should have which made me pay twice on the 28th of November and the 2nd of December I made payments because of your mistakes.
Let's end this relationship amicably please, I have paid you what I needed to. Going through your invoices why do you put previous invoice periods when I pre paid in the beginning, this is where the confusion is coming from.
When I was in your branch I spoke to a consultant and it was made clear to me that rain one is pre-paid not post paid which is why I made a pre payment before using it.
Fix this!
