Ever since rain is no longer using local employees from South Africa customer service has been worse. I have not received feedback and investigation on why was my RAIN not terminated for non-payment, as it is not a contract service but a month-to-month pay?

01 Jun 2023, 11:26I was not made aware of the grace period and nowhere was i informed. Not even your T and Cs show that you might give a discretion of that. The router should've been disconnected and router be taken as it is not my property as written on your policy
