Been with Rain so long never had any issue, until few months ago Signal 📶 got so bad even switching to 5G didn't help, I cancelled my service money was deducted was advised I would get this back once I send them the Router back, it's been 2 months and still no refund, they failed to cancel my service now I am liable for paying for a service that was canceled months ago
