they charge you for not using the service, my bill now is traumadaly high but I canceled the sim, they don't even follow their own terms and conditions..i have 6 sim cards with rain, and now happy to cancel all them only for the poor service they provided. This is a serious matter as they give us Ts&Cs but they don't follow they
